Given COVID-19, the 2021 Partners for Change Outcome Management System (PCOMS) Training of Trainers Conference (TOT) is being held online in an eight-week course format. Due to popular demand, and in an effort to better accommodate the schedules of folks from other parts of the world, we have opened up a second session of the PCOMS TOT online training.

The 2021 Training of Trainers Conference is an intensive online training experience for mental health, substance abuse, and social service agency professionals from which participants will gain all that is needed to train others and implement the Partners for Change Outcome Management System (PCOMS). It is also the first step towards becoming a Certified PCOMS Trainer.
What to Expect from Either Online Session
An in-depth coverage of the rationales for and research supporting PCOMS is provided as well as a thorough understanding of how to train others in the clinical nuances of using the Outcome Rating Scale (ORS) and Session Rating Scale (SRS), including using PCOMS in teletherapy services.
Other vital topics will include data collection and management with and without Better Outcomes Now, the secrets of agency implementation, and a four-step supervisory process that ensures successful implementation while simultaneously improving outcomes. Plus, homework assignments and personal feedback will enhance participants' comprehension and take-home knowledge.
